This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Textplate ("Service"), operated by Silverline Group. By purchasing any plans or SMS credits, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund on Access Plans

All access plans (including short-term and long-term plans) are non-refundable once activated.

Access is granted instantly after purchase, and therefore cancellations or refunds are not applicable.

2. No Refund on SMS Credits

SMS credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be converted back to monetary value.

3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error

• Payment deducted but service not activated

• Failed transaction where credits were not added

All such requests will be verified, and refunds (if approved) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Delivery and Usage Responsibility

Textplate is responsible for processing and submitting SMS messages to telecom operators. However:

• Delivery depends on telecom networks and recipient availability

• Credits used for submitted messages will not be refunded

• Message failures due to invalid numbers or user errors are not eligible for refunds

5. Plan Validity

Access plans are valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Expired plans or unused time cannot be refunded or extended unless explicitly stated.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
