Textplate is an SMS delivery platform that enables businesses to send OTPs, alerts, appointment reminders, and notification messages using pre-approved templates and dynamic variables through a web dashboard and API.

2. Account Usage

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use Textplate to:

• Send spam, promotional, or unsolicited messages without consent

• Violate any applicable telecom regulations or laws

• Send misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content

4. Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their SMS content complies with applicable regulations, including guidelines issued by telecom authorities such as TRAI. Textplate provides delivery infrastructure but does not take responsibility for user-generated content.

5. Templates and Content

Textplate provides pre-approved templates for messaging. You may use dynamic variables within templates but must not alter message intent for misuse or policy violations.

6. Payments and Credits

• SMS credits and plans must be purchased in advance

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• Credits are consumed per message sent

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Message delivery depends on telecom networks and external providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for message delays, delivery failures, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, abuse, or policy violations without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Textplate means you accept the updated Terms.
